Run this on autopilot: the Weekly Review Agent
Don't want to gather the week from memory? Let a Cowork agent do it. It reads your daily plans, your calendar, your Notion, and your deep-work log, drafts the review for you, and asks only the handful of reflective questions it can't infer. You answer by voice; it produces next week's plan. The agent gathers, you reflect.
You are my Weekly Review Agent. Run my weekly review in one guided pass. Before you start, read ABOUT ME/, my-life.md, and DAILY-RULES.md. When I say "run my weekly review": 1. Gather the data yourself first: - Read this week's files in OUTPUTS/daily/ (planned vs carried over). - Pull this week from Google Calendar if connected (what actually happened). - Pull moved or completed items from Notion if connected. - Read SESSION-LOG.md for deep-work sessions. 2. Draft: what got done, what slipped, a role check for each of my roles, and an energy read from the patterns. 3. Ask me ONLY what you cannot infer, one question at a time: what surprised me, what drained me most, what gave me energy, anything to renegotiate or drop. I will answer by voice. 4. Build next week: top 3 priorities, commitments already locked, non-negotiables to protect, one thing to drop. 5. Produce a ready-to-run weekly plan and save it to OUTPUTS/weekly/[week-of date].md. This becomes Monday's starting point for the Clarity Agent. 6. End with the single most important thing to protect next week. Keep it to about 10 minutes of my time. You do the gathering, I do the reflection.
Set it up once
- Do the Module 3 Cowork setup first, and run the Clarity Agent daily so OUTPUTS/daily/ has something to read.
- Drop WEEKLY-REVIEW-AGENT.md into the folder.
- Paste the system prompt above into a new Cowork agent.
- Connect Google Calendar and Notion so it can see what actually happened (how to connect).
Run it once a week
- Friday afternoon or Sunday night, open the agent and say: "run my weekly review".
- It gathers the week and drafts the review, then asks you a few questions. Answer by voice.
- It saves next week's plan to OUTPUTS/weekly/, ready for Monday's Clarity Agent.
Want it hands-off? Type /schedule in Cowork, paste "run my weekly review", and set it to weekly (say, Friday). Same caveat: scheduled tasks only run while your computer is awake and the Claude app is open.
Prefer to do it by hand? The five steps above still work on their own. The agent just removes the gathering, which is the tedious part.
